PaveDock Assistant signal system

The simplified signal system ensures smooth transfer of material and therefore a constant flow of that material. Signal lights attached to both sides of the paver make the signal visible from any approach position. There are two clear signals – green for “Dock” and red for “Stop”. As a result, communication between the feed vehicle and the paver is clear and quick - an important factor in fast, high-quality asphalt paving.

PaveDock push-rollers

The integrated cushioning in the push-rollers absorbs jolts during the feed process, facilitating a smooth paving result. The particularly wide push-rollers can be adjusted fully in the longitudinal direction to adapt them to the geometry of the feed vehicle. Even if the two sides of the paver are unevenly loaded, the oscillating suspension ensures constant reliable contact with the feed vehicle on bends.

Optimised material handling

Material handling in front of the screed provides an optimum head of material in every paving situation. Powerful, separate hydraulic drives for both conveyor and auger facilitate high laydown rates. The control signals of the conveyor and the auger are combined to ensure a uniform flow of material and a consistent head of material in front of the screed, avoiding load peaks and reducing fuel consumption.

Power Tunnel

The Power Tunnel is a hydraulically adjustable limiting plate for the auger tunnel with an automatic function which ensures an optimum head of material in front of the screed and is perfectly suited to changing pave widths without bolt-on extensions. When the screed is moved, the limiting plate automatically extends with it. Time-consuming fitting of limiting plates is eliminated, delivering more user-friendly operation.

Heated auger plough

The heated auger plough effectively prevents material adhering during paving. This makes it easier to pave warm mix asphalt in particular, and supports perfect paving results.

Reduced set-up times

Less time fitting side plates

The swivelling side plates remain on the paver and can be swivelled completely behind the screed and secured for transport, making it easy to comply with the permitted transport width of 2.55?m to 3?m and rendering separate transport unnecessary. The simple assembly and practical attachment options for the sensors save time and make the paver ready for operation more quickly. This also delivers more user-friendly operation.

Dual Power?Shift tamper?stroke adjustment

A correctly set tamper stroke is a key factor in both compaction result and the floating behaviour of screeds. Hydraulic tamper stroke adjustment guarantees the optimum tamper stroke for the paving task in question at the touch of a button. Switching from 4?mm to 2?mm or from 4?mm to 8?mm is effected hydraulically, which not only significantly reduces set-up times, it also allows the right adjustment to be made to the layer thickness in question, expanding the range of paving options available.

Installation aid for screed extensions

The push-fit system facilitates rapid fitting of bolt-on extensions: the bolt-on extensions are simply pushed onto the screed from the side and aligned using a quick-fit coupling. This speeds up the conversion process, relieving operators of a number of man?uvres and delivering more user-friendly operation.

Even more efficient

Screed heating with boost function

The boost function gets the heating rods to temperature at lightning speed, saving valuable preparation time. The system can furthermore be operated in Eco mode, equipping it for more sustainable operation.

Rapid commissioning using Paver?Access?Control (PAC)

Paver Access Control (PAC) enables an operator to get the paver ready for operation from the screed, reducing the time needed to commission the paver. Once all the systems, the light and the diesel engine have been switched on, the screed can be lowered immediately and a start made on screed heating.

Light Package?Plus for simplified transport

The LED lights integrated in the hardtop illuminate the entire working area around the screed, replacing light balloons which have to be fitted separately. This also reduces complexity for operating staff on the job site and delivers more user-friendly operation. As no additional fitting is required, the Light Package Plus represents a real time saving.

Pave Assist Plus?– repositioning mode and save paving programs

Prefer to avoid complex adjustment during repositioning? Want to retain the identical settings for two separate sections of paving? Like to store paving programs? Pave Assist Plus makes these very scenarios possible and is therefore the solution for consistent high paving quality. Pave Assist Plus automates routine tasks on your job site and therefore saves valuable time.
